From BART:  Take the Montgomery Street BART exit.   Come up the escalator on to Montgomery.  Walk a block and a half up Montgomery to 180.

Our Oakland office is located at the Ordway Building, 1 Kaiser Plaza, Ste. 505, Oakland, CA 94612  (510) 451-1580 

The Ordway Building is located along the north side of Lake Merritt at Harrison and 21st Streets behind The Cathedral of Christ the Light.

From BART:  Take the 19th Street exit.  We are located at the corner of 21st and Harrison Street.

From Highway 24 westbound, go through the Caldecot Tunnel; take the 27th Street/Grand Avenue exit; go straight through 27th Street; turn left on Grand Avenue; go down past Broadway; make a right onto Webster; make the first left onto 22nd Street; veer right onto Kaiser Plaza.   The Ordway Building is 21 floors overlooking Lake Merritt.

From San Francisco, cross the Bay Bridge and follow the signs to Highway 580 eastbound.  Take the Harrison Street offramp.  Cross over Grand Avenue; make a right on 21st Street; make the next right and you'll be in front of the building.  The Ordway Building is 21 floors overlooking Lake Merritt.

From San Jose/Peninsula via 880, follow Highway 880 toward Oakland and take the Oak Street offramp making a right at the bottom of the offramp.  Oak Street turns into Lakeside Drive as it turns to the left.  Follow the Lake Merritt to the right as Lakeside Drive turns into Harrison Street.  Make a left at 21st Street; make the next right and you'll be in front of the building.  The Ordway Building is 21 floors overlooking Lake Merritt.

Parking Options:  The Kaiser Building has an indoor lot accessible off of 21st Street.  The cost is $21 per day or $4 per half hour.  The Ordway Building can be accessed by taking the garage elevator to Level E.  Walk across the garage to the doors entering the foot bridge connecting the Kaiser Center Garage with the Ordway Building.

    There is also an outdoor lot right across from the Ordway Building accessible off of 22nd Street. The cost is $17 per day.

    You'll find $10 or less per day parking lots on the other side of Grand Avenue accessible off of either Webster Street or Valdez.

Fun Fact:  The Ordway Building sits next to the Kaiser Building and carries the name of Mr. Kaiser's first employee.
