Depositions

Aiken Welch has reporters throughout the state of California and nationwide to help you with your deposition. Our reporters hold the required state licenses or national certifications, depending on the state, and many hold certificates beyond what is required: Registered Professional Reporter, Registered Merit Reporter, Certified Realtime Reporter.

Trials

Since 2012, Aiken Welch has reported trials in civil cases in Alameda, Contra Costa, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and Shasta counties. In many instances, our trial reporter was the lead reporter during the discovery phase of the case bringing continuity and consistency to the trial proceedings.

Realtime

Need a reporter able to provide a realtime feed to you and others? We can help you, whether everyone is in the same room and/or in different locations. Have us connect to your device or ask us to have the reporter bring a device for you to use. Would you like a realtime feed of the text alongside the video stream? Not a problem.

Drafts

Our reporters will produce an uncertified draft of the proceedings within 24 hours (often sooner) or when needed.
